Lieferung zu spät und Batterien defekt
Leider wurde die Ware nicht in der vorgegebenen Zeit zugestellt. Ich war schon leicht in sorge, da es sich um ein Geburtstags- und Muttertagsgeschenk handelte. Das Paket kam dann am 10.5. an und dann musste ich feststellen, dass ein Herz nicht richtig beleuchtet war. 😔 Die Batterien waren leer und somit musste ich in die Stadt Kurven und neue besorgen. Dieses Mal bin ich also gar nicht zu frieden.

Bestellung
Bestellte Ware kam schnell nach Hause, bis auf einen Vorhang wurde alles in einem einwandfreien Zustand geliefert.
Den Ersatz bei da Retoure zu bestellen, ging recht einfach und ohne große Probleme.
Die Ware (Deko) war vom Preis und Qualität bis auf ein Teil top- das ich aber nochmal bekomme.
