Ware schon über meine Freundin bestellt und war mit ihr zusammen schon zufreiden. Habe Kissen und Rebholz bestellt, eine schöne Ware und das Rebholz echt groß. Gerne wieder!

Tolle und Preiwerte Artikel
Ich habe das 4x bei FrankFlechtwaren bestellt und war immer total zufrieden.
Lieferungen kommen immer total schnell an.
Einmal hatte ich eine Reklamation da etwas beschädigt war wurde mir aber auf dem Kundenkonto sofort Gutgeschrieben dies find ich zwar nicht so toll da man damit gebunden ist und man wieder bestellen muss um diese Gutschrift zu erhalten.
Die Ware selbst ist ein Gutes und schön verarbeitetes Matial und Preiswert ist es zugleich, hoffe es bleibt auch so :)

1. Bestellung
Die Lieferung hat sehr gut geklappt. Es war als Neukunde einfach sich anzumelden und die Abwicklung des Auftrags erfolgreich durchzuführen. Immer wieder gerne.
Jedoch habe ich einen kleinen Punkt der mir leider gar nicht gefallen hat. Ich kann verstehen, das es zu Auftragsabwicklungskosten kommt, wenn man Kleinstmengen (ca. bis 50€) abnimmt. Jedoch bei einem Wert von über 200€ sollte sowas im Service drin sein und nicht extra bezahlt werden müssen.

Mangelhaft!
Wir haben ein großes Paket mit Osterdekoration bestellt und die Hälfte kam defekt an. Ich bin wirklich sauer, wir mussten die Artikel kleben, da wir sie dringend brauchten, sonst hätte ich alles zurück geschickt. Sehr schade.
