Immer wieder gut

Ich bin zufrieden
Ich habe mich beim bestellen der Übertöpfe vertan. Ich hätte gerne Metallübertöpfe gehabt und habe Holzübertöpfe gekauft. Ich werde sie aber behalten, sie sind ja trotzdem ganz niedlich und Frank Flechtwaren kann ja nichts dafür, wenn ich nicht richtig hin schaue. Ich bin daher mit mir unzufrieden, nicht mit Frank Flechtwaren. Der Versandhandel hat, wie immer, fünf Sterne verdient.

Artikel gut. Preis-Leistung passt.
Service könnte besser sein. Ein Artikel war bei mir nicht lieferbar. Dazu gab es keine Mail mit Info, nur ein Hinweis in der Rechnung und Rückerstattung vom Geld. Hatte das Gleiche jetzt bei einem anderen Händler. Dort bekam ich gleich eine Mail mit der Information und einen Code für Versandkostenfreie Bestellung, den ich dann auch genutzt habe, um eine Alternative und weitere Sachen zu bestellen.

Wir bedauern, dass der gewünschte Artikel trotz der online angezeigten Artikellieferbarkeit nicht mehr verfügbar war. Dies kann in einzelnen Fällen geschehen, wenn über unterschiedliche Kommunikationskanäle (Internetshop, Telefon, schriftliche Bestellung) der Artikel bestellt wurde und er nur noch in geringfügiger Menge am Lager war. Uns ist es aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht immer möglich, diese Fälle abzufangen.

Ausgefallene Artikel für den Garten!
Ich bin durch Zufall auf diese Firma gekommen. Habe LED Lichterkugel für den Garten bestellt. Sind sehr stabil gearbeitet und scheinen sehr hell. Einen Tischläufer, einfach so, weil er schön ist. Noch Solarstecker Glühwürmchen dazu, diese sind wunderschön, auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitspielt.
Dieser Shop ist auf jedenfall empfehlenswert!
