Je suis vraiment ravie, correspond parfaitement à ce que je souhaitais, articles style rétro authentique magnifiques, très bel effet. Je rachèterai à nouveau dans Votre boutique. Merci à vous, le colis est arrivé un peu défoncé mais aucun dommage constaté donc parfait, rien à dire.

D'une part, un article en céramique est arrivé cassé, sans doute pas assez protégé pour le trajet et la lourdeur du colis. Il a été remboursé par la suite, à ma demande. L'article faisait partie d'un lot de deux, on m'a d'abord proposé le remboursement d'un seul des deux, celui qui s'est cassé. J'ai répondu que le lot n'avait plus vraiment d'intérêt et on a fini par me rembourser les 2 ( pour un montant total de 4,60 euros).
D'autre part, deux pots commandés sont bien parvenus mais ils sont très différents de la photo du site, sur leur aspect extérieur ( rugueuse et non polie, aspect vieilli) et un peu la forme. On m'a proposé de les renvoyer gratuitement, mais comme j'en ai besoin, je les ai gardés. Mais je suis déçue. Et on ne m'a pas proposé de geste commercial à ce propos.
Dommage parce que ce site propose de jolies choses.

En ce qui concerne les pots, comme nous l'avons déjà mentionné, il s'agit d'un matériau naturel et d'un travail artisanal qui peut entraîner des différences visuelles, que nous essayons au mieux de visualiser sur les différentes photos jointes à chaque article de notre boutique en ligne. Malheureusement, nous n'avons actuellement pas d'autre qualité en stock (qui soit plus "vieillie"et plus polie) qui nous permettrait de vous proposer un échange.

Ich habe bei ihnen eine Bestellung aufgegeben und habe dabei etwas vergessen noch etwas zu bestellen.Ich habe dann später noch mal eine Bestellung bei ihnen aufgegeben .Am nächsten Tag bekam ich einen Anruf von ihrer Mitarbeiterin, sie war sehr nett am Telefon und fragte mich ob ich nicht die zwei Bestellungen als eine Bestellung machen möchte ,da ich dann nur einmal Versandkosten bezahlen müsste.Das fand ich sehr nett und darum Bedanke ich mich recht herzlich bei Ihnen und ich bin sehr zu Frieden und bestelle sehr gerne wieder bei ihnen und werde es auch gerne weiter erzählen.Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße auch an die liebe Mitarbeiterin 😊
