Wir bedauern, dass der gewünschte Artikel trotz der online angezeigten Artikellieferbarkeit doch nicht mehr verfügbar war. Dies kann leider in einzelnen Fällen geschehen, wenn über unterschiedliche Kommunikationskanäle (Internetshop, Telefon, schriftliche Bestellung) der Artikel bestellt wurde und er nur noch in geringer Menge vorhanden war. Uns ist es aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht immer möglich, diese Fälle abzufangen. Natürlich werden wir daran weiterarbeiten, um unsere Kunden bestmöglich zufrieden zu stellen. Natürlich werden wir deine Informationen an die entsprechenden Abteilungen weiterleiten.
