super Ware, netter Kontakt, super Service
Nachdem mein Paket etwas länger im DHL-Lager brauchte, kümmerte sich der Service von Frank Flechtwaren um den Verbleib und gab mir umgehend telefonisch Bescheid. Sehr netter Kontakt und toller Service. Die Ware ist einwandfrei und ich bestell gern wieder dort.

Die Bestellung kam schneller als erwartet und gut verpackt - selbst in der Vorweihnachtszeit. Die Ware sah sehr schön aus, wurde gekauft und gefällt immernoch :). Der Kundenservice ist auch okay.

Super schnelle Lieferung, schöne Produkte
Die Lieferung erfolgte super schnell. Die bestellte Ware war gut verpackt und ist wie im Katalog abgebildet.
Leider kam das Paket ziemlich demoliert an, obwohl die Kennzeichnung "Vorsicht Glas" drauf stand. Das ist aber DHL geschuldet, die wohl die Pakete rumwerfen, egal was draufsteht.
Im Gesamten bin ich sehr zufrieden und kann nur weiter empfehlen!

Kaputte Ware
Ich habe am 19.12.2017 drei Dinge bestellt. Unter anderem war hier ein Geschenk für Weihnachten enthalten. Ein Engel aus Keramik. Mein Paket kam am 23.12.2017 an, noch rechtzeitig vor Weihnachten, was mich sehr freute. Beim Auspacken stellte ich jedoch fest, dass der Engel aus Keramik total zerbrochen war. Habe mir daraufhin den Karton genauer angeschaut und festgestellt, dass die Verpackung eine einzige Katastrophe war. Keine Kennzeichnung am Karton das hier zerbrechliche Ware enthalten ist sowie im Karton keinerlei Polsterung. Der Engel hatte nie eine Chance heile anzukommen. Habe darauf eine E-Mail an den Kundenservice geschrieben, bis heute leider keine Antwort erhalten. Bin sehr enttäuscht, was den Service hier angeht.
