Wie immer! Ausgezeichnet!
Wie immer hat alles ausgezeichnet funktioniert. Habe zum ersten Mal aus dem Katalog bestellt der einfach nur wunderbar übersichtlich aufgebaut und illustriert ist. Die Bestellung ging problemlos via Telefon und die Dame war äußerst freundlich. Wie immer war auch alles super verpackt (übervorsichtig könnte man fast meinen, ..aber besser zuviel als zu wenig), wie gewohnt kam alles heil und ordentlich geoordnet bei uns an. Kann hier eine 100% Empfehlung für dieses Unternehmen mit gutem Gewissen aussprechen!

Die Bestellung u Lieferzeit war gut. Ich hätte mir eine Anleitung für den Aufbau gewünscht u.eine Bedienungsanleitung.man möchte ja nicht was kaputt oder falsch machen für den preis.

Preis und Qualität passt!
Ich war bisher mit allen Artikeln zufrieden. Was ich vor allem herausheben muss, ist die Art der Verpackung, die ich so noch bei keinem Versandhandel erlebt habe. So sorgfältig und bruchsicher wie die Artikel verpackt sind, zeigt mir, dass man den Kunden zufrieden stellen möchte. (Außerdem erhöht das Auspacken die Spannung 😃)
Kurz und gut - ich bin ein "Frank"- Fan!!!

Tolle Artikel
Alle bestellten Arikel sind heil angekommen - es war viel Glas dabei - ,die Ware hat voll und ganz unseren Vorstellungen entsprochen, das Preis,- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt und die Bestellung kam innerhalb einer Woche bei uns an.

nette Überraschung
Die mit Spannung erwartete Ware, sah genauso aus, wie im
Katalog abgebildet. Die Windlichter aus Korbgeflecht, sowie
die aus Holz, sind sehr schön und auch sehr preiswert. Sie
waren sehr gut verpackt, so dass nichts zu Bruch gehen
konnte. Die Fa. Frank ist auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
