Falsche Tasche geliefert
Sie haben mir eine falsche Tasche geliefert, nun muss ich jetzt die Tasche wieder verpacken und extra zur Post fahren. Da ich auf dem Land wohne und unsere Poststelle nicht immer offen hat, nevt es ein wenig!!!

gewünschter Versandtermin ignoriert
obwohl ein Versandtermin in der Bestellung angegeben war - mit einer extra e-mail nochmals darauf hingewiesen wurde und dann auch per e-mail rückbestätigt wurde, ist die Lieferung zu früh verschickt worden. Wir mussten jemanden für die Übernahme organisieren und das an zwei Tagen, da die beiden Packstücke nicht gleichzeitig ankamen.

Bin angenehm überrascht
Alle Artikel entsprechen vollkommen der Beschreibung und sind dabei sehr ansprechend. Auch die Lieferung ging recht zügig.

Blumenetagere Ranken und Blumenhocker Ranken
Bin zufrieden mit den Artikeln, sind recht stabil und so, wie in dem Prospekt beschrieben. Nachteil bei der Etagere, Blumentöpfe kippeln (keine gerade Fläche) und ein Hocker kippelte ebenfalls leicht. Beides musste ausgeglichen werden.
