Dekoartikel für den Garten
Die beiden Blüten aus Beton sind nicht ganz so ordentlich verarbeitet wie erwartet, die Pinienzapfen sind jedoch sehr schön, wie abgebildet.

Eigentlich bin ich mit Frank Flechtwaren zufrieden,eigentlich!Fast jedes Teil ist beschädigt,oder wenn man mehrmals den gleichen Artikel bestellt ist die Farbe nicht identisch.........sehr ärgerlich darum zurückgeschickt.Ich werde es noch einmal bestellen

Farbabweichungen können u.a. dadurch entstehen, dass unserer Artikel in der Regel komplett in Handarbeit gefertigt werden und die Farbmischung und der Farbauftrag dann unterschiedlich ausfallen können. Wir bitten dies zu entschuldigen.

Auch bedauern wir, dass deine Artikel nicht in einwandfreiem Zustand bei dir ankamen. Selbstverständlich kannst du defekte Waren an uns zurücksenden. Wir werden auch an unseren Versand deine Informationen weitergeben, damit dieser besser auf die Verpackung achten kann.
