Fast vollständig zufrieden
Nachdem ich die Bestellung im Internet eingegeben habe und die Bestellbestätigung per Mail erhalten hatte, ging ich davon aus, meine gesamte Bestellung zu erhalten.
Leider wurde dann ein Artikel nicht mitgeleifert, was sehr schade war, da eine Neubestellung wieder mit Versandkosten verbunden ist.
Es könnte also während der Bestellung schon mitgeteilt werden, wenn ein Artikel nicht mehr vorrätig ist.
Anstonsten alles (Lieferumfang, Lieferzeit, usw.) perfekt

Reklamation
Hallo, habe bei Frank-Flechtwaren bestellt, Ware ist auch recht schnell gekommen. Ein Spiegeltablett war kaputt, weil ein Fuß fehlte, Habe ich zurückgeschickt und wollte Ersatz, Der Ersatz war dasselbe Tablett wieder, Meiner Meinung nach nicht mal ausgepackt. Außerdem wollte ich einen Artikel aus dem Katalog mitbestellen, der war nicht lieferbar und die Aussage der Dame am Telefon war, ich müsste diesen Artikel später nochmal bestellen, eine Nachlieferung ist nicht möglich, das heißt nochmal Porto. Finde ich nicht ok.

Bewertung meiner letzten Lieferung
Bei meiner letzten Bestellung war eine Lichterkette defekt, nach Rücksprache mit dem Kundendienst, war 2 Tage später Ersatz geliefert

Lieferung vom 22.01.16
Wie immer bin ich voll zufrieden mit der Lieferung.
Das einzige was nicht ganz so ausgefallen ist wie beschrieben :
Das 2-er Set Kirschzweige sind sehr klein.
