Tolle Waren zu guten Preisen.

Schlechter Kundenservice
Wollten gelieferten Artikel in Ihrem Geschäftshaus in Dahn
umtauschen, was leider nicht möglich war. Es wurde uns gesagt,daß dies nur per Post möglich ist. Was ist das denn für ein Kundenservice?

Leider ist eine Reklamation/ein Umtausch bestellter Waren tatsächlich nur bei der Firma Frank Handels-GmbH & Co. KG möglich, von welcher Sie auch die Ware erhalten haben.

Bei dem Ladengeschäft Frank Korbwarenfabrik GmbH & Co. KG handelt es sich um eine rechtlich völlig eigenständige Firma, die zwar neben weiteren Produkten das komplette Sortiment von Frank Flechtwaren vertreibt, allerdings unabhängig davon geführt wird.

Wir bitten daher um Ihr Verständnis und entschuldigen uns vielmals für Ihre Umstände!

Verpackung viel zu groß
Ich bestelle sehr gerne bei Frank Flechtwaren., weil er super Artikel hat. Aber was wirklich mehr als nervig ist, ist die riesige Verpackung. Im Karton sind unmengen Packpapier. Ordentliche
Verpackung ist gut, aber das ist definitiv zuviel des Guten.

DER Wäschekorb als auch die Reisigbesen waren bruchsicher verpackt, die QUALITÄT super. Der WEIDENKORB sieht edel aus. Ich kann nicht meckern aber mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.
