Dekorieren nur mit Frank
Habe schon sehr oft bei Frank-Flechtwaren bestellt und freue mich immer wieder über die schönen Dekoideen. Die Bestellung ist einfach, man weiß sofort, ob etwas lieferbar ist und die Lieferung erfolgt schnell und ohne Beanstandungen. Ich kann Frank-Flechtwaren nur empfehlen!!

Es klappt immer super! Die Leute am Telefon sind freundlich und auch mal behilflich, wenn man nicht die vollständige Bestellnummer zur Hand hat. Und die Lieferung erfolgt prompt!

Tolle Sachen zu fairen Preisen, aber...
... ich habe das Gefühl, dass erst immer nur die "Mängelexemplare" ausgewählt werden. Bis jetzt waren bei jeder Lieferung mindestens zwei Artikel die entweder Kitschen oder Farbmängel hatten. Bei meiner Schwägerin ebenfalls. Das ist nicht so erfreulich, da der Rückversand kostenpflichtig ist ( vielleicht gerade deshalb...) Ansonsten könnte man vielleicht auch mal über kostenlosen Versand ab einem gewissen Betrag nachdenken, wie es mittlerweile bei vielen Shops "normal" ist. Das wars aber mit Kritik :) Freue mich schon auf den nächsten Katalog.
