Weihnachten kann kommen
Ich habe hauptsächlich Weihnachtsartikel bestellt und werde mich bald ans Dekorieren machen. Die Sachen sind einfach nur wunderschön und zudem auch noch günstig. Bin total begeistert!

Ich bin zufrieden
Ich bestelle seit einigen Jahren schon bei Frank Flechtwaren. Die Lieferung erfolgte jedesmal zügig und ordentlich. Reklamationen wurden kompetent und problemlos bearbeitet. Ich werde auch in Zukunft meine Deko bei Frank Flechtwaren bestellen.

Schlechter Kundenservice
Der Kundenservice lässt zu wünschen übrig. Sehr unfreundlich.
Bei Rückversand müssen trotz dem das man was behalten hat die rücksendekosten bezahlt werden! Hab mich per e Mail an den Kundenservice gewendet..
Hab den Rückversand bezahlt und werde nicht nochmal bestellen!

ALLES SUPER
Das war meine erste bestellung und ich bin sehr zufrieden.. Ich habe gleich 4 schwäne im angebot gekauft und die ware war sehr gut verpackt. Sie sind alle heile ,sehen toll aus und das gefieder ist richtig schön ausgeprägt. Das war bestimmt nicht mein letzter einkauf, ich bin hellauf begeistert , kann die ware und den shop mit gutem gewissen weiter empfehlen. Lg. Sissi
