Beschädigte Ware
Es ist jetzt das drittemal, dass Artikel beschädigt sind. Meist liegt es an der miserablen Art der Verpackung. Wenn die Ware zu gross ist, wird sie reingequetscht. Oder sie ist schlechtverpackt, so dass die Artikel lose hin und her wandern. Die Kartons sind so instabil, dass sie meist gelöchert sind. Sie haben so schöne Produkte, schade! Diesmal war sogar ein Bild mit Silberfarbe angeschmiert, so etwas sollte man beim Einpacken sehen. Melde das jedesmal telefonisch, bis jetzt keine Besserung.

Immer wieder gut!
Die Frank Handels GmbH&Co KG besticht durch unkomplizierten Service und schnelle Lieferung. Der Katalog und die darin gezeigte Auswahl sind riesig und oft fällt es schwer sich im Zaum zu halten mit der Deko.

Alles zur Zufriedenheit
Alle bestellten Artikel sind so ausgefallen wie sie auch im Katalog abgebildet sind. Das Preis -Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Lediglich die Lieferzeit könnte etwas kürzer sein.
