Tolle Produkte zum kleinen Preis
Frank Flechtwaren bietet viele tolle Produkte zu einem kleinen Preis. Natürlich ist das ein oder andere Produkt dann auch nicht ganz so sorgfältig verarbeitet, aber ich finde das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis echt prima. Die Lieferung war ebenfalls recht zügig und meine Nachfrage beim Kundenservice bzgl. einer Ersatzlieferung wurde sehr freundlich beantwortet.

Ich bin seit Jahren Kunde von Frank-Flechtwaren und sehr zufrieden mit dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Ware wird zügig geliefert, und ist auch sehr gut verpackt, so dass sie beim Kunden unversehrt ankommt. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

schleppende Bearbeitung und unfreundlicher Kundenservice
Ein Teil der Ware kam beschädigt an und wurde sofort reklamiert. Die unbeschädigte Ware wurde 2 Tage nach Erhalt bezahlt. RG - Betrag € 116,85, Überweisung € 82,35. Eine Mail mit Erläuterung zur Zahlung gesendet. Eine neue Bestellung wurde nicht bearbeitet. Auf telef. Nachfrage wurde sehr unfreundlich reagiert und erklärt, dass das Konto erst ausgeglichen sein muss, bevor eine neue Bestellung bearbeitet würde. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt, war der Ersatzartikel noch nicht geliefert worden.
FAZIT: Mit diesem Shop kann man keine Geschäfte tätigen, da verlangt wird, dass beschädigte Ware bezahlt werden muss und erneute Bestellungen ignoriert werden. Der Kundenservice dieses Shops ist nicht akzeptabel.

aus organisatorischen Gründen ist es uns leider nicht möglich, für Neukunden weitere Bestellungen zuzulassen, solange der Rechnungsbetrag der ersten Bestellung nicht ausgeglichen wurde bzw. die retournierte Ware noch nicht bei uns angekommen ist und bearbeitet werden konnte.

Wir bitten Verzögerungen, die dadurch entstehen, vielmals zu entschuldigen.

Natürlich werden wir Ihre Information an die entsprechende Abteilung weiterleiten.
