Ware Suuuper! Versand daneben!
Ware ist super, aber in Zeiten vom DHL Streik trotzdem die Ware per DHL zu verschicken und dann die Rechnung zu mahnen, obwohl die Ware nicht mal geliefert wurde, finde ich sehr daneben!Hatte extra um anderen Versand gebeten :-(

Am 25.7.15 habe ich einen verfügbaren Artikel bestellt, am 31.7.15 schreiben Sie, die Ware habe Ihr Haus verlassen und am 6.8.15 soll ich Sie per mail bewerten, obwohl ich nach 13 Tagen gar keine Lieferung bekommen habe. Da fällt das Urteil natürlich nicht gut aus. Die Konkurrenz ist schneller!

Sie den DHL Sendungsverfolgungs-Link anklicken und erhalten dann genaue Informationen zu dem Verbleib Ihres Pakets (siehe "Detaillierter Verlauf Ihrer Sendung"). Dort ist auch ersichtlich, dass das Paket bereits ab dem 01.08.2015 zur Bearbeitung im Paketzentrum in Hamburg war.

Unser Kundenservice hat zwischenzeitlich versucht, Sie diesbezüglich telefonisch und per Email zu erreichen. Leider haben Sie sich zwecks Klärung nicht mehr zurückgemeldet.
