Schnelle Lieferung
Ich habe schon öfter bestellt,und habe immer gute Ware bekommen.
Was ich bei meiner letzten Bestellung besonders toll fand, war die schnelle Lieferzeit (das hat schonmal länger gedauert :-) ).
Fazit: Gern wieder!

Verpackung
Ich würde es sehr begrüßen wenn manche Sachen noch bisschen besser verpackt werden, den es sind einige kleine Mängel an den Waren vorgefunden worden, zb. Wandhänger eine Ecke verbogen, wurde von uns wieder auf gerade gebogen, jedoch wäre es nicht notwendig, wenn dieses bessere Umverpackung hätte.

Defektes Weinregal, Windlicht ohne Birkenholz
Leider wurde ein defektes Weinregal geliefert, ein Schanier fehlte, deshalb hing die Türe auf einer Seite herunter. Wir reklamierten und uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir das Weinregal zurückschicken dürfen. Wir haben uns sehr geärgert. Denn es ist ein großer Aufwand das Regal wieder in die Kiste zu stecken und extra zur Post zu fahren. Das Regal wurde von Ihnen defekt versand, da muss Ihre Firma eine bessere Qualitätskontrolle beim Versand machen. Wir hätten eine nette Entschuldigung erwartet. Man könnte den Eindruck haben, sie meinen, wir hätten das Regal zerstört. Auch wurde ein Windlicht Birkenholz geschickt. Es war absolut hässlich und ohne eine Spur von Birkenholz alles war abgeblättert. Auch von einem Sonderangebot erwarten wir dass es der Abbildung im Katalolg entspricht. Das Windlicht hätten wir wieder extra zurückschicken müssen, da hatten wir keine Lust für diesen Aufwand. Falls wir bei Ihnen noch etwas bestellen, dann nur mehr Dinge wie Tischdecken usw., denn da sind wir noch nicht enttäuscht worden.

Onlineshop veraltet
Der Onlineshop ist meiner Meinung nach veraltet, auch die Bestellabwicklung läßt zu wünschen übrig. Keine Zahlungsmöglichkeiten wie Paypal, Kreditkarte oder Sofortüberweisung ist in den Onlineshop integriert.
Hier besteht dringendst Nachholbedarf!

Hallo, unkompliziert und schnell. Aber die Verpackung ließ zu wünschen übrig, Glasscheiben der Laterne waren nicht richtig befestigt, ansonsten sieht sie echt toll aus. DANKE. Mit freundlichen Grüßen
