Zerbrochene Ware sofort reklamiert
Ich hab eine Großbestellung aufgegeben und als ich die Ware entgegennahm und öffnete, merkte ich, dass ein Teil von einem 2er Set kaputt ist. Ich schrieb also eine Email , da ich es gern zurücksenden wollte . Die Antwort kam gleich am nächsten Tag- Das Geld dafür wurde mir gutgeschrieben und ich konnte das 2. Teil des Sets behalten, was ich total super fand. So hab ich keinen Trödel mit dem Rückversand und muss kein neues bestellen.
Alles in Allem finde ich den Kundenservice sehr zufriedenstellend, kompromissfähig und zielführend, was die Anliegen der Kunden angeht.
Ich habe bereits des Öfteren bei Frank Flechtwaren bestellt und immer sehr zufrieden gewesen. 👍

Schöner Tragekorb
Der Flaschenkorb war ein Geburtstagsgeschenk für meinen Vater. Die Farbe ist wirklich schön und er ist auch sehr stabil.
Was mich gestört hatte, war beim Aus packen, dass einige Halme abstanden, welche ich abschneiden musste, da sie sich nicht verstecken wollten.
Meinen Vater stört ein wenig, dass der Korb nicht ganz rechteckig ist, Sondern eine Seite schief, sodass hier 1x ein sehr kleines Fach ist und optisch keine Symetrie darstellt.
Deshalb habe ich 2 Sterne a ziehen müssen.

Qualität der Produkte sind sehr gut!
habe nun das zweite mal Bestellt und bin mit der Qualität sehr zufrieden. Wenn ich einen Punkt als unzufrieden bezeichnen sollte dann ist es die Lieferzeit. Aber auch diese ist noch im Akzeptablen Bereich. Aber daher keine 5 Sterne.

Die Waren wurden in einwandfreiem Zustand und gut gepolstert pünktlich geliefert. Sie sehen noch besser aus als auf den Fotos. Das war mit Sicherheit nicht mein letzter Einkauf. Klare Kaufempfehlung
