Sehr zufrieden!
Anfang Januar 2023 habe ich aus dem Online-Katalog 13 verschiedene Produkte bestellt.
Von der Qualität war ich nach der schnellen Lieferung total begeistert (... von den Preisen sowieso). Dieser Anbieter ist unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.

Ware gut
Wir bestellen recht gerne bei Frank Flechtwaren, jedoch sind uns mehrere kleine Mängel aufgefallen, die leider unsere gewünschten und gelieferten Produkte betroffen hat.
Sehr empfindliche Gegenstände werden mit etwas Papier ummantelt und zu anderen Gegenstände in die Originalverpackung beigelegt. Dies hat zur Folge das wir diese retounieren müssen und nochmals auf die neue Ware warten müssen (sogar länger, da es noch geprüft wird). Hier entsteht ein enormer Arbeitsaufwand den wir eigentlich sparen könnten, wenn die Ware richtig verpackt werden. Zusätzlich fehlt bei jeder Lieferung bei uns immer ein Artikel. Entweder vollständig oder eins, obwohl auf der Packliste sowie auf dem Lieferschein die vollständige Summe steht. Hier sollte der Prozess in der Verpackung optimiert werden, sodass auch weniger Aufwand für den Lieferanten, als auch uns Kunden aufkommt.

Gute Ware zum fairen Preis
Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Frank Flechtwaren bestellt und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Ware wurde schnell geliefert (ich hatte viele Einzelteile bestellt - alles wurde zusammen geliefert). Die Ware war sehr gut verpackt, so dass nichts kaputtgehen konnte. Die Produkte fielen genauso aus wie im Katalog beschrieben. Ich habe alles behalten, weil mir alles gefiel. Ich bestelle ganz bestimmt nochmal bei Frank Flechtwaren.
