Top, aber lange Lieferzeit
Meine Gastbestellung wurde sehr schnell bearbeitet, bereits 1 Tag nach Eingang der Bestellung wurde die Ware am 15.12. verschickt. Eine Zustellung vor Weihnachten hätte sicher geklappt, hätte nicht DHL das Paket zur Adressermittlung (?) öffnen müssen. Aus welchem Grund auch immer dauerte die Zustellung bis 28.12.22.
Die erhaltene Ware ist klasse und ich würde jederzeit wieder dort bestellen.

Wir bedauern, dass Sie so lange auf Ihre Bestellung warten mussten. Sobald die Ware unser Lager verlässt, haben leider keinen Einfluss mehr auf die Auslieferungszeit. Durchaus kann den sprunghaften Anstieg an Warensendungen in der Weihnachtszeit bei den Auslieferungsdiensten zu ungewollten Verzögerungen führen, vielleicht kam auch das Adressetikett durch die verschiedenen Handhabungen abhanden und das Paket musste deswegen geöffnet werde.

Wir freuen uns aber, dass Ihnen die Ware so gefällt und wünschen Ihnen trotz der langen Warterei noch viel Freude an den bestellten Artikeln.

Produkt riecht extrem stark nach Naphthalin (Mottenpulver) und ist mit klebriger Staubschicht überzogen.

Matte "Moos" 5 er Set
Leider haben die Moosmatten einen so penetrant starken schlechten Geruch, dass sie innerhalb des Hauses nicht nutzbar sind.

Wir hatten diverse Kissenbezüge und weihnachtsliche Deko bestellt.
Alles entsprach den Fotos und Bescheibungen, die Lieferung erfolgte wie angekündigt und wir sind voll und ganz zufrieden und haben Frank Flechtwaren schon mehrfach weiterempfohlen. Das Preis- Leisutngsverhältnis stimmt.
