Sehr gute Hilfestellung vom Team wenn man mit seinem Latein am Ende ist. Regelmäßige Updates und Newsletter - so ist man immer am laufenden. Einfache Handhabung des Programms.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut
Für kleine und mittelständische Unternehmn ist diese Software empfehlenswert. Sie ist variabel einsetzbar, denn Features kann man kostenpflichtig dazubuchen, muss aber nicht.

Telefonische Hotline ist sehr freundlich, kompetent uns zuvorkommend.

Einzig möchte ich anmerken, dass Updates vielleicht erst gemacht werden sollen, wenn die Funktionälität ausreichend erprobt wurde. Sehr oft gibt es danach Fehlerbehebungen.

Pragmatisch und gut strukturiert
Wir arbeiten mit 5 Arbeitsplätzen mit Orgamax und sind soweit sehr zufrieden. Wir nutzen Angebote, Aufträge, Rechnungen, Banking und FIBU. Steuerbelege kann man zwar einscannen aber nicht an den Steuerberater übermitteln. Damit ist dieses Modul für uns recht nutzlos. Eine weitere Schwäche ist die Angebotserstellung. Man kann die Positionen nur einzeilig lesen und tut sich durchaus nicht leicht sobald man viele Positionen hat...da gibt es deutlich Handlungsbedarf. Die Angebotserstellung ist insgesamt zu verbessern, wobei das Ergebnis paßt aber das Handling ist bescheiden. Für Nutzer, die Angebote mit vielen Positionen erstellen ist Orgamax derzeit nur bedingt zu empfehlen.
Die Stärken des Programms sind ganz klar die intuitive Bedienung insgesamt. Viele Funktionen sind sehr übersichtlich und zugänglich aufgebaut.

Guter Überblick bei Zeiteinteilung durch eingebundenen Terminkalender.

Bin sehr zufrieden
Wir verwenden orgaMax bei 4 Mandanten, 2 x Produktionsbetrieb, 1 x internationaler Handel und 1 x Dienstleistung, und sind sehr zufrieden.

Das Programm bietet im Logistikbereich alles für die grundlegenden Bedürfnisse der Mandanten.

Zwischenzeitlich nutzen wir die Dokumenten- und Kontaktdatenablage ausschließlich in orgaMax und benötigen Outlook lediglich noch als "Briefkuvert".

Die Hotline ist gut erreichbar und schnell, das Programm läuft sehr stabil, die updates sind unkompliziert.
