Fehlermeldung Seriennummer falsch
Es ist nicht mehr möglich das Programm zu öffnen, da die Meldung erscheint, Seriennummer ungültig. Ich hatte einen Fehler gemacht und nach Zuteilung der endgültigen Seriennummer diese nicht eingegeben. Nach 3maliger Eingabe der falschen Seriennummer wurde das Programm gesperrt. Es erfolgte umgehend ein Rückruf des Servicetechnikers, der sich in mein Programm einloggen konnte und so den Fehler direkt behob. Super Service, daher volle Sterne vergeben.

Support vom Feinsten
Hatte eine 12 Jahre alte Vorgängerversion(MiniFaktura) mit meinem Unternehmen gekauft und niemals gedacht, dass ich bei einem Umstieg auf die neuste Orgamax Version 16 noch weiterarbeiten könnte. Jedoch mit der überaus freundlichen Hilfe des Supports war das alles kein Problem. Die haben diese alte Datenbank so umgearbeitet, dass ich sofort weiterarbeiten kann. Hierfür ein großes Dankeschön und Daumen hoch, insbesonders für Herrn Dennis Brunsmeier.

Beste Softwarelösung für klein und Mittelbetriebe :-)
Ich kann nur weiterempfehlen. Alles was telefonisch besprochen wurde, ist ganz genauso eingehalten worden. Jedem der eine Firma gründen will oder hat, kann ich orgaMax guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen. :-)

Schnelle erfolgreiche Hilfe
orgaMax konnte nicht mehr gestartet werden, alle eigene Versuche waren erfolglos! Kurzer Anruf bei der Hotline und in ein paar Minuten wurde vom Service Team zurückgerufen.
In 10 Minuten war dann alles erledigt, orgaMax war wieder voll Funktions fähig. Super Service, vom netten Service Team - DANKE.....
