Das Zanshin Dojo bietet seit über 26 Jahren Kampfsport und Fitnesstraining in Hamburg Bahrenfeld an. Auf über 2000m² und in 7 verschiedenen Räumen gibt es eine Vielzahl an freien Trainingsmöglichkeiten, sowie eine große Auswahl an Kursen für Erwachsene & Kinder ab 3 Jahren.
Mehr als 500 Kurse im Monat, ein traditionelles japanisches Dojo, ein großer Gerätepark, eine Functional Trainingshalle und ein original Boxring lassen jedes Sportlerherz höher schlagen. Für die Entspannung nach dem Training sorgt ein Ruhebereich mit Sauna.
Das Training ist geeignet für absolute Neuanfänger, als auch für Fortgeschrittene. Jeder kann hier sofort mitmachen. Ein verletzungsfreier Trainingsablauf, sowie der Zusammenhalt der Community stehen dabei stets an oberster Stelle.
