Alles wie geplant
Nach meiner Entscheidung, in dieses Projekt zu investieren, waren Zeichnung und Zahlung erfreulich einfach und schnell über die Bühne gebracht.
Noch erfreulicher natürlich, dass der Betrag samt Zinsen nach Auflösung genauso schnell retour kam und umgehend wieder in ein neues Projekt investiert werden konnte.
So kann es weitergehen ...

Von der Einzahlung bis zur Auszahlung alles bestens. Telefonischer Kontakt funktioniert. Laufende Infos über den Baufortschritt ausführlich.
Wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Verlässlich
Die Investition wurde wie alle zuvor verlässlich und pünktlich zurückgezahlt.
Diese Erfahrung habe ich bei anderen Anbietern nicht durchgängig gemacht.
Der fehlende 5. Stern beruht auf dem eher geringen Zinssatz.

Rückzahlung von „Quartier am Golfplatz“ bei Zinsbaustein.de durch die Firma Secupay
Hurra, wir Crowder wurden durch die Zinsbaustein GmbH per E-Mail informiert, daß „Quartier am Golfplatz“ vorzeitig zurückgezahlt werden soll. Durch wen die Zahlung erfolgte, das erfuhr ich dann auf der Online-Kontoansicht: Es war die Firma Secupay, so nennt sich der Zahlungsdienstleister.
