Did what it said on the tin
Simple and straight forward process from ordering the kit, following the instructions, taking samples and receiving results. Would not hesitate to use this providers service again if required.

Why do they get good ratings when the service is AWFUL
Okay, so a real review from a real user, who was under some time pressure to get a result.

All easily ordered online, and money paid. WRONG TEST KIT WAS SENT, but I could adapt it to what was needed. But also the wrong instructions also sent with the kit. Via support email, got the right instructions, and adapted.

Results email as expected came through. To get results you have to click on a link - the link does NOT work. Goes to a blank page, or sometimes says server not found. Tried another way via the original website where there was a link to test results …. again straight to a non-existent page.

I am now awaiting a response from the support email address. HOPELESS BASICALLY.

Okay, also eine echte Bewertung von einem echten Nutzer, der unter Zeitdruck stand, ein Ergebnis zu erhalten.

Alles problemlos online bestellt und bezahlt. Es wurde das falsche Testkit gesendet, aber ich konnte es an meine Bedürfnisse anpassen. Allerdings lag dem Kit auch die falsche Anleitung bei. Per Support-E-Mail erhielt ich die richtige Anleitung und passte sie an.

Die E-Mail mit den Ergebnissen kam wie erwartet an. Um die Ergebnisse zu erhalten, muss man auf einen Link klicken – der Link funktioniert NICHT. Er führt zu einer leeren Seite oder meldet manchmal „Server nicht gefunden“. Habe es anders versucht, über die ursprüngliche Website, wo es einen Link zu den Testergebnissen gab … wieder direkt auf eine nicht existierende Seite.

Ich warte jetzt auf eine Antwort von der Support-E-Mail-Adresse. IM GRUNDE HOFFNUNGSLOS.

We have sent you the correct instructions for your test set immediately after your message. The test kit itself was correct and your analysis was performed on time.

We were not aware of an error in the presentation at any time and our IT department was unable to detect it. We sent you the results directly by e-mail after you informed us that you were unable to retrieve them. The message ‘Server not found’ is often due to a lack of Internet connectivity on the user's end.

If you are still unable to retrieve your test results and have not received the results attached to our message, please contact us again. Otherwise, we would be pleased to receive an adjustment to your evaluation.

Good service and clear reporting
I used Ivario to test my home drinking water for heavy metals as I have a lead pipe near my house. The results arrived slightly later than expected but I was anticipating this as it was near Christmas. They were clear and had specific measurements which was well presented. I did contact customer services as I had a query and they were very quick to respond and helpful. Recommended

Bore hole water test
Very detailed report. We had to go back to them regarding one result which seemed to conflict their other results but this was sorted.

Would not recommend
We ordered the "Water Test Kit | Plus × 1 Express - Results in 3-5 Days" service. It took a full week to receive the package for collecting the samples, after returning the samples it took another full week for them to acknowledge receipt of the samples and then another 4 days to get the results. Overall the whole process took 3 weeks. Not what we were expecting or what we paid a premium price for.

Excellent service
My well water test kit arrived quickly, clear instructions and easy to send off. Took a while to reach the lab due to customs but customer services sent me a new kit to avoid any further delays. Just before it arrived, my original kit was received by the lab and 4 days later very clearly explained and easy to understand results came through. Very happy with the service and will highly recommend.
