Wir bedauern, dass wir aus technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gründen keine Downloads anbieten können. Wir sind ein kleiner Familienbetrieb und können nicht alles machen, was sich Großkonzerne leisten können.
Daher ist es schade, dass trotz einwandfreier Bestellabwicklung unsere Leistung nur deshalb abgewertet wird, weil wir ein Produkt nicht im Sortiment führen.

Item has not been delivered to my house yesterday’ never asked for the item to be delivered to a collection point that I do not even have the address!! Will not collect and want my money back!
