Lassen sich die Reklamation auf Kundenkosten einschicken, melden sich dann von sich aus über Monate nicht. Auf Nachfrage wird man vertröstet.
Kenchii Schere für 90 € hat seit Kauf leicht gehakelt, aber als Laie fand ich es erstmal nicht schlimm, da sie ja geschnitten hat.
Nach 6 Monaten im 4 wöchentlichen Gebrauch (also nach etwa 5x benutzen) blockierte ein Zahn beim Schneiden. Ich habe die Problemstelle fotografiert und sogar einen Film von dem Blockieren gemacht.
Ich sollte die Schere auf meine Kosten zurücksenden. Das habe ich gemacht. Vom Verkäufer wurde mir bestätigt, dass die Schere Ende Februar 2021 zum Hersteller weitergeschickt wurde, seitdem werde ich auf wiederholte Nachfrage nur vertröstet, es gäbe bis heute keine Informationen über die Schere. Jetzt haben wir Mitte Mai 2021. Auch wenn es beim Brexit angeblich zu Verzögerungen kommt, so funktioniert doch der Email Verkehr noch.
Im Shop gibt es die Schere noch.
Ich würde bei PetPointCharly nichts mehr kaufen.
Leider muss ich hier einen Stern geben, lieber wäre mir kein Stern.
Mein Vertragspartner ist PET Point Charly, nicht der Hersteller.
