Wahnsinn
Die Bürste ist der Wahnsinn. Meine Groomerin benutzt sie und ich musste sie direkt nachkaufen. Mein Hund hatte noch nie so ein weiches und schönes Fell, für lange Haare ist sie super geeignet. Sie ist das Geld auf jeden Fall wert! Die Lieferung war auch super schnell.

Außergewöhnlich guter und freundlicher Service
Ich bin begeistert von der Kulanz und Hilfsbereitschaft dieser Firma. Mein Paket kam nicht an (DHL hat es angeblich am Abstellplatz deponiert, wo es aber nicht war) und das tolle Team von PET-Point hat alles für mich geregelt! Danke nochmal! Toll!

Ware nicht erhalten.
Am 13. Februar habe ich etwas bestellt und bisher nichts erhaltem.
Nicht einmal eine Bestelleingangsbestätigung per email.
Telefonisch ist niemand zu erreichen. Service gleich null!
Das Reklamationsvormular auf der Internetseite ist unbrauchbar und funktioniert nicht.

Hallo Sandra,
tut uns sehr leid, dass Sie nicht zufrieden sind. Aber wir können Ihre Aussagen nicht nachvollziehen. Richtig, Sie haben im Februar bestellt. Ein Mantel der im ROT Status ist. Gekennzeichnet: Vorbestellung möglich mit Lieferzeit > 5 Werktagen. Leider hat sich der Status bis dato nicht geändert, da der Mantel herstellerseitig noch nicht eingetroffen ist. Darüber kann man sich ärgern, enttäuscht sein. Wie auch. Aber Sie suggerieren was anderes. Bestelleingangsbestätigung, Versandinfos usw. erfolgen systemseitig automatisch an die hinterlegte Mailadresse. Wir versenden tausende Mails dieser Art. Wenn diese nicht ankommen, dann bitte prüfen, ob diese im Spam gelandet sind oder, ob die Mailadresse korrekt funktioniert. Telefonisch haben Sie aktuell recht. Es ist schwierig, wenn wir alle in Homeoffice sitzen (es gibt aktuell eine Corona-Situation) und das Office rudimentär besetzt ist. Einfach mal ein Mail schreiben. Wie ich sehe wurde diese innerhalb von 13 Minuten beantwortet. Sie bezeichnen das als schlechten Service. Ich würde das schon als sehr guten Service einschätzen. Das Rekla Formular entspricht höchsten Sicherheitsanforderungen und ist zertifiziert. Es funktioniert einwandfrei. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn. Sie können sauer sein. Das ist ihr gutes Recht. Nachvollziehen können wir es leider so nicht ... tut uns sehr leid. Beste Grüße Ihr PETpoint-Charly Team!
