Reklamation sofort und trotz Weihnachtsstress zuvorkommend gelöst
Bestellte 5 Aromen, wie alle Monate wieder.
Der Zusteller lieferte binnen zwei Tagen, aber
da musste etwas schief gelaufen sein.
Das Kuvert war durchweicht und roch stark
nach dem bestellten Aroma. Ein Blick hinein
offenbarte das Problem. Von einem Fläschchen
war der Boden komplett weggesprengt - da
war wohl der als Zusteller verkleidete
Weihnachtsmann draufgeplumpst.
Beim anschließenden Telefonat ließ man
mir die Wahl sofort ein neues Fläschchen
zugeschickt zu bekommen oder einen
Gutschein in entsprechender Höhe zu
erhalten. Mein Gesprächspartner war
trotz Vorweihnachtszeit sehr zuvorkommend
und nett.

Vielen Dank - hier kauft man gerne! :-)

Grosse Auswahl zu fairen Preisen mit super Kundenberatung
Seit über vier Jahren sind wir zufriedene Kunden ; auf dem Weg ;weg von der Zigarette hin zum E-Dampfen ; konnten wir bei Schawenzl.de geradezu immer die richtigen Utensilien rund ums Dampfen erwerben ! Auch muss ich das Fachgerechte know-how loben was ich bei anderen Shops vermisse.So wurde ich z.Bsp. darauf aufmerksam gemacht dass ich vorhandene Verdampferköpfe in einem neuen System nutzen kann .So einen Kundenservice habe ich bei anderen stores oft vermisst. Weiter so ! Tobias aus Hagen/Westfalen
