Alles lief super - wir haben unseren Bus schnell gefunden und der Fahrer war sehr freundlich.
Wir mussten zwar noch auf andere Fluggäste warten - aber das ist durchaus verständlich bei so einem günstigen Preis!

Zu lange Wartezeiten
Für einen Inlandsflug über 4 h vor Abflug abgeholt zu werden und dann mehr als 3 h auf dem Flughafen rumzusitzen finde ich nicht angemessen nächstes mal lieber ein Taxi dass nur 20 Dollar teurer gewesen wäre.

Transfer Olbia - Hotel und zurück
Der Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel verlief reibungslos. Wir wurden schon erwartet und eine halbe Stunde später auch schon im Hotel. Die Rückreise verlief allerdings ein wenig anders. In den Unterlagen stand, dass wir für die Abholzeit, 24 Stunden davor, Informationen bekommen. Wir sollten uns an die Rezeption wenden.
Das haben wir auch getan, aber es gab keine Info für uns und die nette Dame an der Rezeption musste für uns telefonieren. Dann erst haben wir erfahren in welcher Zeit die Abholung geschieht. Danach verlief allerdings alles sehr gut.

Pünktliche und angenehme Fahrt Flughafen Palma de Mallorca nach Cala Millor zum Hotel Marins Playa. Genauso reibungslos verlief die Rückfahrt. Jederzeit gerne wieder

Beschwerde bitte um Transfer Erstattung
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

vielen Dank für Ihre schnelle Rückmeldung. Es kam jedoch am heutigen Tag, an unserem Rückflugtag,zu Komplikationen bzgl. des gebuchten Transfers vom12.10.2019 Manhattan Cruise Ship Terminal zum Newark Airport.Wir haben die von Ihnen unterstehende angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen.Die örtliche Agentur,My Sedan, teilte uns mit,dass diesen keine Reservierungsbestätigung bzw. Buchungsbestätigung vorliegt und wir somit keinen Gebrauch von dem gebuchten Transfer machen können. Somit entstanden uns Mehrkosten für die Taxifahrt zum Flughafen. Diese Fahrt kostete uns 90 Dollar. Da wir keinen Gebrauch von unserem gebuchten Transfer machen konnten bitten wir um Rückerstattung der entstandenen Mehrkosten. Bitte um schnelle Bearbeitung!!!
