Toller Urlaubsbeginn durch problemlosen Transfer
Zum 1. Mal habe ich einen Transfer einzeln und nicht als Bestandteil einer Pauschalreise gebucht. Es hat alles hervorragend geklappt, besser als bei manchem Pauschalreisenbieter!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren!

Der Transfer zum Hotel war viel zu lange. Zuerst eine lange Wartezeit bis der Bus einigermaßen besetzt war und dann zwei Stunden Fahrtzeit vom Flughafen PMI nach Paguera. Leider waren wir das vorletzte Paar, welches Nachts um 2.00 Uhr im Hotel abgesetzt wurde.
Solche einen Transfer werden wir leider nicht mehr buchen wollen.
Der Transfer zurück zum Flughafen war hingegen gut ausgeführt, da auch entsprechend eines kleineren Busses die Fahrtzeit nicht so lange war.

Keine Abholung
Wir wurden leider nicht wie vereinbart in Dubai am Hafen abgeholt und mussten uns nach über 2 Stunden Wartezeit auf eigene Faust ein Taxi suchen und zum Flughafen fahren. Leider erklärt sich in der Firma seit über einem halben Jahr niemand dafür bereit, uns die Kosten zu erstatten. Würde ich nie wieder buchen. Der hin Transfair hat zwar geklappt, allerdings hatten wir einen Kindersitz 9-18 Kilo dazu gebucht. Der Fahrer kam mit einem Maxicosy Wofür unsere Tochter schon viel zu klein ist. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert
