Auf dem Rückweg vergessen
Wir sind sowohl auf Hin- als auch Rückfahrt relativ zügig vorangekommen. Die Busse sind jedoch insgesamt sehr alt und verschmutzt. Auf dem Rückweg mussten wir dann lange auf den Bus warten und haben nur durch einen Anruf bei Urlaubstransfers erfahren, dass der Bus uns vergessen hat und dieser noch einmal umkehren würde. So etwas sollte nicht passieren!

Urlaubstransfer PMI - Alcudia
Unser Transfer wartete nach der Landung bereits auf uns und der Transfer war so geplant, dass wir nur Hotels in unserem Urlaubsort anfuhren. Somit keine Umwege.
Die Sbfahrtszeit für die Rückfahrt konnte man im Internet mit Hilfe der Buchungsnummer ganz einfach erfahren. Der Transfer war super pünktlich.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Probleme beim Rückfahrt
Agentur vor Ort hat leider wenig Kompetenz erwiessen.
Beim hinfahren war alles ok.
Rückfahrt leider nicht. Uns wurde Treff Punkt ernannt mit
44 min laufzeit. Nur durch positive angreifen von einen anderen fahren, von einen anderen unternehmen wurden wir endlich abgeholt.

Hin super, zurück unschön
12.02.17 Gran Canaria - Flughafen > Hafen/ AIDAsol:
unkomplizierte Abwicklung am Flughafenschalter, schneller Transfer mit PKW (Lexus-Limosine) und netter Fahrerin, alles bestens
19.02.17 retour: pünktliche Abholung, aber Transfer mit Behindertentransporter ohne Klimanlage und furchtbar dreckig (Innenraum, Sitze...) !!! Wir mochten uns kaum reinsetzen. Dafür haben wir nicht so viel Geld bezahlt.
Weiterempfehlung unsererseits daher fraglich!
Daher insgesamt auch nur 3 Sterne!!!
