Alles Super, vielen Dank
Die Abholung war sehr pünktlich. Der Fahrer war sehr nett und sehr angenehm. Buche schon seit Jahren hier und immer wieder sehr zufrieden.

Falscher Terminal
Beim Rück Transfert vom Hotel zum Flughafen nach Hurghada wurde ich zum falschen Terminal gefahren. Als ich das merkte war der Bus schon weg und ich musste ein Taxi zum 5 Minuten entfernten anderen Terminal 2 bezahlen.

Reibungslos, aber zu frühe Abholzeit
Wir waren auf Mallorca in Playa de Muro. Der Hintransfer zog sich schon in die Länge, da sehr viele Hotels in Polenza und Alcudia angefahren wurden. Auf dem Rückweg wurden wir 4:35 Std. vor Abflug abgeholt. Das ist bei einer "normalen" Fahrzeit von ca. 1 Std. einfach zu früh. Es ist klar, dass auch andere abgeholt werden müssen und sich die Gesamtzeit bei dem günstigeren Sammeltransfer verlängert, aber mehr als 4 Std vorher abgeholt zu werden finde ich inakzeptabel. Ansonsten verliefen beide Fahrten reibungslos. Die Fahrer waren pünktlich, nett und haben unsere Koffer ein- und ausgeladen. (Habe ich auch schon anders erlebt!)

Wir mussten am Flughafen 1Stunde warten bis es losging,es mussten auch 2 mal Leute wieder aus dem Bus raus und zu einem anderen Bus,machte mir einen etwas chaotischen Eindruck.Die Zuweisung zum Bus klappte tadellos und auch die Abholung klappte sehr gut.Im großen Ganzen war ich aber zufrieden würde ich auch wieder machen.
