Reibungslose Abwicklung
Der von uns beauftragte Transfer vom Airport Punta Cana (Dom.Rep.) zum Hotel Iberostar Bavaro ist ohne Beanstandungen erfolgt. Am Flughafen wurden wir bereits erwartet und nach ca. 15 min dann auch umgehend zum Hotel gefahren. Freundlich und hilfsbereit ist das mit der Gesamtabwicklung zuständige Personal vor Ort. Auch der Rücktransfer ist gut organisiert, da das im Vorfeld übergebene Informaterial ausreichend ist und sämtliche Hinweise und Abholzeiten dokumentiert hat.

Transfer Palma/Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück
Haben jetzt zum zweiten Mal für 4 Personen die Fahrt vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück mit dem Shuttle-Bus gebucht. Zuverlässigkeit, Freundlichkeit und Preis absolut top.
Dieses Jahr hat sich unsere geplante Flugankunft in Palma um mehrere Stunden verschoben. Die "Umbuchung" vor Ort auf einen anderen Shuttle-Transfer war überhaupt kein Problem und ohne Mehrkosten möglich. Haben uns dabei bereits von Deutschland aus telefonisch unter der angegebenen Servicerufnummer gemeldet.
Fazit: Jederzeit wieder!!

einfach super
Beide Fahrer waren überaus freundlich. Uns wurde sofort nach Ankunft Wasser angeboten. Das tolle am Privattransfer ist, daß man ohne Zwischenstop sofort an seinem Urlaubsziel ankommt.

Bus defekt !
Auf der Hintour hielt der Bus nach ca. der Hälfte der Strecke ohne Grund an. Leider konnte uns nicht gesagt werden woran es liegt und was nun Sache ist....
Schließlich kam nach über einer Stunde Ersatz. Warten in der Hitze von 37Grad inbegriffen!
Die Rücktour lief problemlos.

Sehr freundliche Fahrer
Auf beiden Fahrten wurden wir sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit behandelt.
Die Autos waren im erstklassigen Zustand.

Zufrieden
In Palma mussten wir eine Stunde warten bis der Bus los fuhr. Ansonsten hat alles perfekt geklappt.

Überpünktlich und absolut korrekt, klimatisierter Kleinbus, freundlicher Fahrer, der auch das Gepäck ein- und auslädt.
