Alles plangemäß durchgeführt
Das gesamte Investment gestaltete sich wie von Zinsbaustein.de angekündigt: komplikationslos und schnell, professionel und zuverlässig. Das eingegangene Risiko wurde bei kurzer Laufzeit mit einem passablen Zinssatz honoriert. Die Rückzahlung des eingesetzten Kapitals und des Zinsertrags erfolgten planmäßig und taggenau.

Immer wieder pünktlich verzinste Rückzahlung
Auch meine sechste Investition bei Zinsbaustein wurde wie angekündigt zurück gezahlt. Ich werde auch künftig dabei sein. Die Objekte sind handverlesen und befinden sich in privilegierten Ortslagen. Die langjährige Erfahrung zahlt sich aus.

Kampagnen mit hoher Sicherheit und Transparenz + top Kundenservice
Die Plattform "Zinsbaustein" bietet sehr gute Projekte zum Investieren an. Die hohe Sicherheit (z.b. durch einen großen Anteil an bereits veräußerten Wohneinheiten, Auszahlungsvoraussetzungen bzw. weiteren Sicherheiten) ist sehr überzeugend und in der Form sehr selten. Bislang wurden alle Investments fristgerecht oder zumeist sogar frühzeitig zurückbezahlt. Ein großes Plus ist auch der hervorragende Kundenservice sowie die regelmäßigen Updates während den Projektlaufzeiten.

Vom Immobilieninvestment habe ich eigentlich nicht viel Ahnung. Zinsbaustein bietet auf seiner Plattform eine leicht verständliche Möglichkeit in diesem Bereich Geld anzulegen. Mit der Abwicklung bin ich sehr zufrieden.
