Sehr zufrieden
Ich habe mehrere Investments bei Zinsbaustein. Auch die Rückzahlung klappt super. Mir gefallen die recht kurzen Laufzeiten. Sollten Fragen anstehen, werden diese zügig beantwortet.

zuverlässig in Information und Abwicklung
Ich habe zum ersten Mal mit Zinsbaustein GmbH investiert. Die Information und Abwicklung war zuverlässig und kompetent. Die Rückzahlung erfolgte termingerecht und die Zinsen konnten realisiert werden. Die zweite Investition ist aufgrund der positiven Erfahrung bereits vorgemerkt.

Transparentes Angebot und zuverlässige Abwicklung der Zeichnung
Auf der Plattform Zinsbaustein gibt es interessante und gut dokumentierte Investitionsmöglichkeiten. Chancen und Risiken werden sauber dokumentiert und die projektbezogenen Unterlagen sind aussagekräftig und vollständig. Man kann sich ein sehr gutes Bild von der geplanten Investition machen.

Die Abwicklung ist professionell und zuverlässig und durch die einfache Möglichkeit der Identifikation auch für das Erstgeschäft einfach und schnell vorzunehmen.

Der attraktiven Verzinsung steht natürlich ein entsprechendes unternehmerisches Risiko gegenüber, wobei Zinsbaustein damit m.E. gut und sorgsam umgeht und dem Zeichner unliebsame Überraschungen durch ein geeignetes Sicherheitenkonzept möglichst ersparen will. Eine Garantie ist das natürlich nicht, und letztlich kommt es auf die Kompetenz, Erfahrung und Zuverlässigkeit des Initiators an.

Alles in allem eine faire und chanchenreiche Investitionsmöglichkeit, wobei auch die Initiatoren von der Möglichkeit einer Projekt-Finanzierung ohne Inanspruchnahme einer Bank profitieren.

Prima, gerne weiter so und natürlich viel Erfolg für die laufenden Projekte.
