Misleading information

I placed an order from Switzerland for equipment, and despite what is written on their site, I had to pay customs fees.
It is clearly stated on their invoice: Customs duties are included (DPP - Delivered Duty Paid). We take care of the import sales tax.
It is also impossible to call them on the phone, they do not answer.
They do not answer emails either

Very bad experience for a purchase from Switzerland
