Scam company – stay away!
I paid for an expensive industrial dehumidifier they claimed was in stock. Money was taken immediately, I received a tracking number, but the package was never shipped. DHL confirmed they never got the parcel. Customer service just apologizes but offers no solution, no product, no refund. They stop replying after a while.
