Empfehlenswert und günstiger für uns
Übergang ist seitens der Bürgerwerke glatt verlaufen, seitens der vorherigen Versorger Heidelberger Stadtwerke holprig.
Tarif ist günstiger als der bisherige Nicht-Öko-Strom-Tarif, und jetzt 100% Öko.
Es ist für uns nicht verständlich, dass wir als Heidelberger Bürger bei den Heidelberger Stadtwerken sowohl für Strom als auch für Gas mit die teuersten Preise im bundesweiten Preisvergleich zahlen sollen. Sorry, aber da versagt das Geschäftsmodell.

Hervorragender Kundenservice!
Ich bin noch ein "Frischling" bei den Bürgerwerken und bis dato nur einen sehr freundlichen Kundenservice sowie eine transparente, zuvorkommende, zuverlässige Informationen genießen dürfen. Nach ca. einem Jahr entscheide ich mich dann, ob ich treu bleibe, momentan sieht es noch ganz danach aus! Tolle Rundumsache!

Absolut empfehlenswert
Die Bürgerwerke verfolgen das Ziel einer erneuerbaren, regionalen und unabhängigen Energieversorgung in Bürgerhand. Ein klasse Konzept. Der Wechsel war sehr einfach und der Service ist top. 100% Ökostrom zu einem fairen Preis.

Gutes Gefühl, gute Bilanz
Nach langen Jahren - ohne Anlass zu Kritik - bei einem großen regionalen Versorger nahm ich eine Tariferhöhung zum Anlass, mich nach einer Alternative umzuschauen. Mehr oder weniger zufällig begegnete ich Informationen über die Bürgerstrom-Bewegung. Mich hat das Konzept der kleinteiligen Regionalität und der Stromgewinnung aus erneuerbren Energien überzeugt. Dass der Preis nur unwesentlich über meinem alten Tarif bei einem "klassischen" Versorger lag, hat mir den Wechsel noch schmackhafter gemacht. 5 Monate nach dem Wechsel kann ich sagen, dass ich hochzufrieden mit meiner Entscheidung bin! Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.

Der Wechsel war online völlig komplikationslos, hatte trotzdem eine Nachfrage und fand den telefonischen Kontakt kompetent und superfreundlich.
Ich bin wirklich froh vor 6 Monaten hierher gewechselt zu haben.

Gute Wahl mit gutem Gewissen
Problemloser Wechsel. Konkurrenzfähiger Preis bei gleichzeitig sauberem Strom. Kein aufgeblähtes Service-Portal. Schlanke Struktur. Fazit: Nur zu empfehlen!
