Ausführliche Sitzung, kompetent und mit - für nicht-EDV-Spezialisten - verständlicher Diktion.
Es scheint nun alles wieder zu funktionieren. Man wird das noch eine Weile beobachten müssen. Das Update von Outlook ist für mich als Benutzerin etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wichtiger ist mir, dass alle Funktionen wieder in Ordnung zu sein scheinen. Danke!

Klärrung Unstimmigkeiten mit einem Expertiger Mitarbeiter
Eine Fernwartung des Herrn "XXX" am 17.07.2018 entsprach nicht meinen Erwartungen.
1)Laptop lief danach langsamer 2)Haushaltsbuch war nicht mehr da.3) Nach 4Std.Wartung konnte ich erst der abgeschlossenen Wartung des Herrn "XXX" musste ich nochmal 1Std.30Min.Zeit vergehen lassen,bis ich den Laptop bediehnen konnte.Der Versuch dies mit Herrn "XXX" zu Klären Scheiterte Kläglich!
Ich setzte mich wieder mit Expertiger in Verbindung,ein Herr Großmann bot sich an,mit mir meine Probleme zu lösen und er tat dieses mit Erfolg!Laptop zu langsam liegt an F-Seture SAFE,Problem gelöst!! Haushaltsbuch wieder installiert ,Prima!Alles in Ruhe erklärt (Breitband)usw..Das ist ein Mitarbeiter bei Expertiger den sich jedes Unternehmen wünschen kann!! Besten Dank Herr Großmann ,zu 90% werde ich mich ,wenn ich wieder Hilfe brauche an Sie wenden,Ansonsten würde ich mich von Expertiger trennen!

Froh, dankbar & begeistert!!!
Herr Parchmann hat mir nicht nur geholfen, ein Outlook-Problem zu lösen, sondern mich auf meinen Wunsch hin auch noch bei einer Reihe weiterer IT-Aufgaben unterstützt, zu denen ich Fragen hatte, z.B. Archivierung und Datensicherung. Und das nicht nur sehr kompetent, sondern auch sehr ruhig und geduldig und freundlich. Als ich bei Expertiger anrief, hätte ich nicht gedacht, dass ich für all meine Themen Unterstützung bekommen kann, noch dazu eine so kompetente. Ich bin total begeistert und werde mich ganz sicher wieder an Herrn Parchmann wenden, wenn ich weitere IT-Aufgaben zu lösen habe, mit denen ich mich schwer tue.
