Einfach nur noch ein NO GO!
Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden mit Fenster-Sparfuchs. Haben da schon 11 Fenster bestellt, aber umso mehr Fenster wir bestellten ging die Leistung zurück leider...

Die letzte Bestellung ging komplett in die Hose leider.
Wir hatten 2 Fenster bestellt + Rollläden.
Weder die Maße vom Fenster passten geschweige denn die Rollläden. 🤔
So wie wir es bemerkten kontakierten wir Fenster-Sparfuchs und wurden immer nur verdrüstet von der Hotline.

Gott sei Dank, laß mein Mann die widerrufserklärung und waren gerade so noch in den 4 Wochen drin. Also wisst ihr das ich fast 4 wochen lang versucht habe dort anzurufen und das jeden Tag um die 20x 😯😔. Das nennt man " toller Kundenservice " 😤😡🤮

Absolut schlechter Service!! Finger weg!!!
Sobald man bezahlt hast ist der Kundenservice mehr als schlecht, quasi nicht vorhanden! Unmöglich jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen und auf E-Mail bekommt man gar keine Antwort! Über Paypal und Google hab ich die Firmenzentrale recherchiert und mich von dort (von einer überaus unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin) verbinden lassen.
Ich warte noch immer auf 2 Abdeckungen die bei der Lieferung nicht dabei waren.
