Hallo Herr Schmitz, das tut uns leid. In der Tat war die Wartezeit hier sehr lange. Wir haben das Gerät nach Absprache mit Ihnen innerhalb eines Tages an eine Partnerwerkstatt geschickt, wo es nach 1 Tag eingetroffen ist. Dort hat es aber 2 Wochen gedauert, das war leider von uns nicht mehr beeinflussbar. Über den aktuellen Stand haben unsere Experten stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Es ist trotzdem natürlich ärgerlich lang.
