Kompetent, freundlich, zuverlässig
Sauber ausgeführte Demontage und Entsorgung der Altanlage. Perfekter Neuaufbau der neuen Anlage. Freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Termingerechte Ausführung und Einhaltung des Festpreisangebotes. Sehr empfehlenswert, jederzeit wieder.

Buderus Gastherme KB 192
Anfang Mai 2023 haben wir bei oekoloco eine Gastherme beauftragt. Die Beratung war kompetent und sehr gut. Im Februar 2024 wurde die neue Heizung eingebaut. Das funktionierte absolut reibungslos durch zwei nette und versierte Installateure. Es folgte eine ausführliche Einweisung und alle Fragen wurden freundlich und kompetent beantwortet. Leider fehlte bei der Anlieferung seitens Buderus das KM100 Internetmodul das jetzt noch nachgerüstet werden muss. Die Erreichbarkeit von oekoloco ist nicht immer perfekt aber ausreichend.

Sehr gute Abwicklung zu einem fairen Preis
Angebotsphase war sehr gut und freundlich und zog sich bis zur Installation durch. Stets gute Erreichbarkeit und immer kompetente und freundliche Mitarbeiter

Super Heizung 1 A Monteurteam
Super Ölheizung von Oecoloco.
Alles wurde pünktlich geliefert perfekt eingebaut.
Kompetentes und sehr freundliches Monteurteam.
Nach Beendigung der Montage wurde alles sauber hinterlassen es gab nichts zu bemängeln.
Oecoloco kann man wirklich empfehlen Preis/Leistung sind sehr gut und konnten von keinem anderen Anbieter unterboten werden.
Fazit
Man kann nur gutes über diese Firma berichten und es gab für mich nicht zu beanstanden

Super freundliche, kompetente und zuverlässige Monteure beim Einbau der neuen Heizung machen schwierige Geschäftsanbahnung vergessen!
Es wurde vereinbart, einen Einbautermin für spätestens Herbst 2023 zu finden. Der Einbau ist im Februar 2024 erfolgt. Dies wurde nicht proaktiv kommuniziert. Erst auf Nachfragen habe ich die Information über den verspäteten Einbau erhalten, eine Diskussion darüber war aufgrund schwieriger Erreichbarkeit der Disposition nicht möglich. Es scheint keine Abstimmung zwischen Vertrieb und Disposition zu geben.

Die Monteure haben eine prima Leistung beim Einbau erbracht. Kompetent, zuverlässig und termingetreu innerhalb der avisierten 3 Tage.

Sehr freundliche,kompetente Mitarbeiter.Der Einbau Verlief Reibungslos.Kunde sollte aber vorher informiert werden, dass die Teile direkt zu ihm geschickt werden.

Top Wartung
Heute war die erste Wartung meiner Viessmann Therme 222-W fällig. Sie ist jetzt ein Jahr störungsfrei in Betrieb. Herr Lingelmann der die Wartung durchführte, hat alle Wartungsvorgaben von Viesmann höchst kompetent und zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit abgearbeitet. Aufgrund meiner Erfahrung die ich mit der Ökoloco GmbH gemacht habe, kann ich diese Firma für den Einbau einer neuen Heizung und insbesondere für die Wartung weiter empfehlen.

Vitodens 200
Die neue Heizung Vitodens 200 läuft jetzt gut durch fleißige Mitarbeiter mit Sachverstand. Kleine anfängliche Probleme wurden ausgeräumt und optimiert. Hoffentlich macht uns die Anlage wie von Stiftung Warentest beschrieben auch langfristig viel Freude.

Tausch der Heizung
Bei mir wurde die Gasheizung komplett ersetzt. Vom Angebot bis zum Einbau lief alles wunderbar und transparent. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr nett.
Ich war immer gut informiert.
Würde ich jederzeit wieder mit Ökoloco machen.
