Bisher keine schwerwiegenden Beschwerden
Die Leistungen bewegen sich im Standartrahmen und werden in der Regel auch schnell gewährt. Einzelfallentscheidungen möglich. Lediglich in der Adminstration (ausserhalb der "Heimgeschäftsstelle") verbesserungswürdig.

Leistungsabrechnung mangelhaft
Trotz mehrfacher Aufforderung wurde mir eine Leistungsabrechnung von Arztrechungen und Verordnungen
die im Ausland (Spanien) angefallen sind, wegen angeblicher notwendiger
Überprofung längere Zeit hinausgezögert, obwohl meinerseits mehrfache telefonische Anmahnung erfolgte.
Kombitarif: gesetzliche Kasse < Privatkasse

DAK - ein zuverlässiger Partner
Ich bin seit vier Jahrzehnten bei der DAK und in allen Situationen immer gut damit gefahren. Alle Behandlungen wurden übernommen und der Service war schnell und zuverlässig.

Geschäftsstelle
Die Geschäftsstelle ist leider nicht mehr in der Nähe, ist für mich ein Nachteil, da alles nur tel. bzw. per Mail abgewickelt wird.

Ich bin in Behandlung bei "Heike Mayer" s. Internet. Empfehle der DAK diese Praxis zu prüfen und anzuerkennen.
Besser als jeder Facharzt und ohne Medizin und auf Dauer für die DAK billiger als Ärzte, die nicht helfen!!!!! Hier wird man auch nicht abgezockt. Man behandelt beim BVB, Leichtatl.-Potsdam ohne Spritzen usw. und hat Erfolge.

Aussergewöhnliche Leistungen im Krankheitsfall
Bin seit rund 50 Jahren mit der DAK-Gesundheit sehr zufrieden. Schnelle Bearbeitung von Anträgen für Zahnersatzzuschüsse,
Kostenübernahme auch von hochpreisigen Medikamenten bei schwerer Erkrankung meiner Mutter. Und: einfach nette Menschen, mit denen man da spricht.
