Edelstahlrohr
Die Lieferung hat über 4 Wochen gedauert. Es wurde nur nach zweimaliger Nachfrage bestätigt, dass es Lieferprobleme gibt.
Eine Mail über die Verzögerung wäre hilfreich gewesen.

Bestellung 40er VA-Quadratrohr
Lieferzeit wurde nicht eingehalten. Überwiegend war der Lieferant telefonisch nicht erreichbar und hielt sich nicht an Zusagen. Erst das Einleiten des Käuferschutzprozesses führte zur Lieferung des Materials. Mit 5 Wochen Lieferverzug.

Qualität und Preis stimmen - Besonderheiten dauern
Bestellt hatte ich Handläufe mit Trägern sowie eine Klingelplatte mit Gravur. Die Handläufe sind etwa zum Ende der angegebenen Lieferzeit angekommen. Die Qualität ist hochwertig und der Preis dafür wirklich gut.
Erst auf Nachfrage habe ich dann erfahren, dass es technische Probleme mit der Gravier-Maschine gibt. Nachdem ich mehrere Wochen gewartet hatte, habe ich mir die Klingelplatte letztlich ohne Gravur schicken lassen. Die Erstattung der bereits bezahlten Gravur hat dann auch nochmal eine gute Woche gedauert.
Daher musste ich bei der Bewertung im Service etwas abziehen. Dennoch würde ich hier wieder bestellen. Man muß aber etwas Geduld mitbringen und sollte besser kein zeitkritisches Projekt haben.

Sieht gut aus
Geländer entspricht voll den Erwartungen. Maßhaltig und sehr gut verarbeitet. Verpackung und Versand waren ebenfalls ohne Probleme. Kann man weiterempfehlen.

Null Sterne für Service und Rückinfo
Am 2.7.2020 wurde div. Geländerteile bestellt und sofort bezahlt. Weder die Ware noch die wiederholt angemahnte Auftragsbestätigung sind bis zum 31.7.2020 bei mir eingegangen. Corona Hin oder Her, eine
Auftragsbestätigung innerhalb von 4 Wochen zu versenden kann nicht so schwer sein. Zu einer Info vom 13.7.2020: Liefertermin ca. KW 31 gibt es bis heute (Ende KW31) kein Update. Mails zur AB bleiben unbeantwortet, Telefonisch nicht erreichbar, (entweder besetzt oder niemand nimmt ab), was soll ich davon halten? Vertrauenserweckend wirkt das in meinen Augen nicht.
