Reifen
Habe Reifen bestellt..Am 19.4.20 bzw 20.4.20 eine Sendungsverfolgung erhalten. Bis dahin alles ok. Die Sendung von 20.4.20 ist erfolgreich eingetroffen. Nun warte ich seit ΓΌber 1 Woche auf das Packet wo ich 1 Tag eher die Sendungsverfolgung bekommen habe..laut Auskunft vom Lieferdienst sind die Daten nur elektronisch ΓΌbermittelt. Das es durch die aktuellen AnlΓ€sse etwas zu VerspΓ€tungen kommen kann, ist durchaus verstΓ€ndlich aber seit 5 Tagen keine Γ„nderung der Sendung find ich nicht mehr so toll.

Alles super gelaufen
Hatte aus Versehen die falschen Reifengrâße bestellt, habe mich dann beim Kundenservice erkundigt wegen der Rücksendung oder Abholung der Reifen. Der Kontakt mit dem Kundenservice verlief vâllig problemlos. Die Reifen wurden innerhalb weniger Tage abgeholt und das Geld wurde mir dann gleich zurücküberwiesen.
