Alles bestens
Hat schon BefΓΌrchtungen wegen schlechter Bewertungen. Die erste Woche war bei GLS als Versanddienstleister dann nur zu erfahren das die Sendung angemeldet aber nicht ΓΌbergeben wΓΌrde. Nach 8 Tagen sind die Reifen mit aktueller DOT angekommen. Alles bestens, gerne wieder.

Reifen von schlechter QualitΓ€t, evtl. B-Ware
Reifen wurden erst nach 9 Tagen geliefert. Die Reifen Goodyear UltraGrip Performance 3 in 205/50R17 wurden durch einen KFZ-Meister sach- und fachgerecht montiert. Bei der Probefahrt musste ich starke Vibrationen und BrummgerΓ€usche feststellen, die mit den alten Reifen nicht vorhanden waren. Der HΓ€ndler mΓΆchte den Reifen einschicken lassen, um ihn durch Zerschneiden zu ΓΌberprΓΌfen. Sollte dies negativ fΓΌr den Kunden ausfallen, ist der Reifen defekt (zerschnitten) und das Geld ist auch weg. Kulanterweise kommt man hier den Kunden nicht entgegen. Wer gΓΌnstig kaufen will, ist hier richtig. Wer QualitΓ€t mΓΆchte, sollte woanders kaufen.
So sieht kein guter Service aus.

Reifen, nicht rund sondern eckig
Die Winterreifen haben an der LaufflΓ€che eingedrΓΌckte Stellen und sind dadurch teilweise eckig. Vermutlich durch falsche Lagerung entstanden.
Habe das per e-mail dem Kundenservice mitgeteilt, daraufhin Antwort bekommen, ich soll Bilder der Reifen senden. Das habe ich getan: Bilder der Reifen mit den Fehlstellen gesendet, aber seither nichts mehr vom Kundenservice gehΓΆrt...
