Consistently best pricing and Stellar Customer Service
Consistently best pricing for shipment to the USA (even including shipping in most cases), but that's actually secondary to the remarkable customer service and support provided by Benjamin seemingly 24/7. Buying from Berondi is more like staying at a familiar B&B with an attentive host than it is like internet commerce. It's true that all four of the vendors I've bought Demeyere pots, Zwilling knives, olivewood utensils, and Staub cast iron from have been responsive and eager to please even when doing so cost them extra ... but Berondi combines these qualities with rock bottom prices and a kind of twinkle to the transaction. I can't quite capture it exactly, but it is kind of addictive ... I set out to buy one or two pots and wound up finding a combination of price point and helpful responsiveness that made me decide to replace all of my non-stick with stainless Demeyere 7-ply. I've been cooking with the new pots for several months now and my only regret is that I didn't come across Berondi and Demeyere a couple of decades ago.

Bottom line is this: I typically don't write online reviews. But I feel strongly enough about this company that I'd write individual letters of reference if there were some way to do so. It's a strong counter-=example to my cynical belief that the Internet is killing hospitality and the human touch in retail. Could not feel more strongly about the quality of the products and the service provided b y the seller.

Perfect product and service!
I ordered two Demeyere pans and two lids. They arrived in perfect condition, one week earlier than estimated. Everything came to my doorstep well-packed and in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier with the quality and performance of the cookware, at a price significantly lower than what US sellers were asking.

While I am delighted by the product, I must say that the prompt and very friendly customer service impressed me even more. Benjamin sent a personalized invoice and explanation of shipping time the day after I ordered the items, then another message and tracking number once the items shipped (a day or so later). After years of shopping at local US stores with ill-tempered or apathetic sales staff, this was like a breath of fresh air. As I gradually upgrade my cookware over the next year or so, Berondi will be the place where I shop! Thank you, Benjamin!

Super Ware, top Qualität und schnelle Lieferung
Die Kochlöffel etc. aus Olivenholz sind von sehr guter Qualität und sind optisch auch noch ein Hingucker. Die Artikel wurden sehr schnell versandt, dafür noch einmal Danke. Es gibt nichts zu reklamieren, alles perfekt. Ich würde und werde jederzeit wieder bei Berondi einkaufen.

My recent order was my second order from Berondi. I am very happy with both Berondi and the Demeyere cookware I have purchased. Berondi email support is great -- prompt and helpful answers. The cookware is, of course, outstanding. One of the pieces I recently got (a 24cm ControlInduc fry pan) is rapidly becoming a favorite of mine.

Excellent experience
I ordered a Demeyere frying pan, but unfortunately received the wrong item. After contacting the sender, the correct one was immediately sent to me and I was reimbursed the costs of sending back the first one. I am very pleased of my purchase and the price was the best I could find. Highly recommend!

I purchased one "Demeyere Industry 8-qt Stainless Steel Stock Pot" at bernodi and I love that pot.
I did research about this pot, and once it arrived I used many times and the pot did not disappointed me.
This was my second time purchasing items at berondi and my shopping experiences were good. The shipment arrived without any problems on both occasions.
The price for the pot is the best I could find even the item was shipped to the US.

Toller Onlineshop, immer wieder
Bestellung ging kurz vor Weihnachten heraus. War nicht sicher ob es noch rechtzeitig zu 24.12. klappt.
Direkter, prompter E-Mail Kontakt war immer gegeben und dann hat es tatsächlich noch vor Heilig Abend funktioniert. Toller Service und Ware/Verpackung/Preis waren natürlich auch 1a!

Very Good Online Experience
I have made three purchases from Berondi this last year, each building my Demeyere cookware collection. The prices were less than I would have paid in the U.S.A. for the same product. It does take longer to receive orders from Germany but I was very happy to see how well the boxes were packed and I am very satisfied. I am completely happy with my Demeyere Atlantis pots and Proline pans. They are the nicest cooking vessels that I have ever used and I recently gave away ALL of my old cookware. I like the way Berondi allowed me to custom order my selection without having to buy lids with every pot or pan so I was able to buy exactly what I need. I highly recommend buying from them and I will continue to purchase more products in the future.
