Tolles Konzept und perfekter Service
Uns hat das Konzept einer genossenschaftlichen Stromerzeugung bzw. -versorgung vollends überzeugt. Statt umweltkriminelle Milliardenkonzerne zu finanzieren, unterstützen wir Klein- und Kleinstgruppen und nehmen deren Angebot umweltverträglicherer Energiegewinnung gerne an. Dass der Preis nicht mit Lockangeboten der "Energieriesen" mithalten kann, ist verständlich und kein Grund zur Beanstandung, zumal Arbeits- und Grundpreis noch immer günstig sind.
Die Kundenkommunikation läuft optimal, der Anbieterwechsel wurde reibungslos seitens der Bürgerwerke durchgeführt. Wir freuen uns und sind stolz, Teil der Bürgerwerke-Bewegung zu sein.

Einfach, unkompliziert und eine tolle Sache
Ich bin total zufrieden mit den Bürgerwerken. Nicht nur, dass alles problemlos verlaufen ist (vom Wechsel hin bis zur Umstellung), sondern auch die Erreichbarkeit und Höflichkeit des Services sind ein Vergnügen. Die Idee gefällt mir ebenfalls.

Sehr gute Alternative im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis zum örtlichen Anbieter
Reibungsloser Ablauf als ich zu den Bürgerwerke gewechselt habe. Noch nie Probleme gehabt.
Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter am Telefon wenn man Fragen hat.

sympathisch, persönlich und wertvoll
Wie die Idee einer Genossenschaft mit Leben gefüllt werden kann, wie erfolgreiche zentrale, gebündelte Unterstützung kleinere Genossenschaften vor Ort erfolgreich unterstützt, wird hier gezeigt. Immer wieder kommen innovative Angebote, die innovativ sind und Freude machen.

Bürgernahe Energieversorgung
Versorgung auf genossenschaftlicher Basis mit Erneuerbarer Energie. Freundliches kompetentes Team. Denn Sonne, Wasser und Wind stehen allen Menschen zur Verfügung. Die Bürgerwerke ernten diese natürlichen Gegebenheiten indem sie innovative Systeme aufbauen lassen. Diese Systeme lassen sich auch bei Bedarf wieder zurückbauen - ohne Endlagersuche und klimaschädlichen Gasen während der Stromproduktion. Das ist meiner Meinung DIE gute Investition in unsere Zukunft.

Alles bisher sehr gut, insbesondere offene freundliche Kommunikation und Informationspolitik, sehr kundenorientiert, zuvorkommend, transparent usw. - weiter so!!!
Wie bereits in der Überschrift aufgeführt...
Sie gehen von sich aus sehr elegant auf den Kunden zu, sobald sich Änderungen oder Neuerungen ergeben. Das ist man selten gewohnt von anderen Unternehmen. Sehr bürgernah!
