Es tut uns leid, dass die Ware nicht rechtzeitig an gekommen ist. Wir haben sofort nach Zahlungseingang versendet. Der Versand erfolgte als Brief mit der Deutschen Post. Daher können wir leider nicht nachvollziehen, wo die Ware abgeblieben ist. Wir haben auch kein Einfluss auf die Zustell-Leistung der Post.
Sofern die Ware nicht innerhalb einer angemessenen Zeit noch zugestellt wird oder zu uns zurück kommt, senden wir die Ware erneut zu oder erstatten den Kaufpreis zurück.

Item has not been delivered to my house yesterday’ never asked for the item to be delivered to a collection point that I do not even have the address!! Will not collect and want my money back!
